I launch my freelance copywriting business in Italy (miles better time than Birmingham ;-), and I ask myself:

Can I pay taxes to the Italian authorities, although this is a company registered in the UK? I leave the company and "Ltd." alone, as I am sure my clients how they would react to working with a company abroad ...
