When I still buy in Australia, capable of big bags of bread mix, used to use in my bread machine - it was so cheap, the work of about 15p a loaf! In the UK, I can only seem to find in small packs of 500 grams in a supermarket - up to 1.5 kilograms or less. Has anyone seen anything like it - I trawl the internet, everything seems to be published in the United States or Australia. I am looking for real bread into the mixture, which only adds to the water (and sometimes yeast), and not just flour.
